WONDERFUL WS GEORGE 'GAYLEA' PLATTER - LIDO - CANARYTONE

Description

From a local estate, here is a wonderful 13" serving platter made by WS George in the Gaylea pattern.  Introduced in the late 1930's, this pattern has a yellow fence decorated with leaves tulips and flowers. This platter is in very good condition for its age--no nicks, chips, cracks or repairs.  There is a little loss to the platinum rim trim, to be expected with china of this age.  Marked as shown in photos three and four.  Very Retro.  A
great addition to any collection.
